A: We have a WORLDWIDE SHIPPING chart on every eBay listing. Please look just under the large picture and description for all shipping price.

 

Q: Do you have a return or exchange policy?

A: Yes, we do accept return or exchanges. The item must have it's original box/packaging/tags. Please do not use the manufacturer product box as the shipping container. Please ship us the item back in the box we shipped it to you in. Mail exchanges/returns to: Performance Motorsports, 11099 Water Tower Ct., Holland, MI 49424.

Return Instructions: 15% restock fee on returns. Return must be post-marked within 10 days of receipt. All returns must include ourAUTHORIZATION FORM. This form will include all information to help us process the return quickly and correctly.If the item was originally purchased with free shipping included, a normal shipping charge will also be deducted from the refund. Ship the package to the address above.

Exchange Instructions: An exchange is FREE. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Exchange must be post-marked within 10 days of receipt. All returns must include our AUTHORIZATION FORM. This form will include all information to help us process the return quickly and correctly.Please email or call for availability on exchanges because the item may not be available. Ship the package to the address above.
 

Q: I paid for my purchase directly thru PayPal and did not use your checkout. Now what?

A: If you did not use our checkout system, your payment will not be linked to your purchase. We process hundreds of transactions a day, so we use our checkout system to directly link your payment right to your purchase. The checkout will also guide you thru the process of entering your address and any additional information. You are also able to make your payment right thru the checkout. Payments we accept are: PayPal, Money orders, Personal checks, Cashier checks, Discover Card, Visa, and MasterCard.

 

Q: Do you combine shipping if I purchase more than 1 item?

A: Yes. We offer a 30% shipping discount on your overall shipping total. To qualify for the shipping discount, purchases must be made on the SAME DAY. Just add the items shipping charges together for the items you are purchasing, and subtract 30%. That will give you the lowered overall shipping total.

For example: If you are a domestic customer and you purchase a helmet, visor and gloves. Shipping would normally be: $18.80 for the helmet, $8.80 for the visor and $8.80 for the gloves. Making the shipping total $36.40. But, with the 30% shipping discount, you would actually just take the total($36.40) and multiply it by .7. That will give you the discounted total. So, the new shipping total with the discount taken out would only be $25.48 for all 3 items.

*Slip-On, Bolt-On and Full System Exhausts, and Rims do not qualify for the shipping discount.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do. Please refer to the shipping question above for all shipping rates. You will see 3 different sections of the shipping charts. USA - refers to us shipping to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and all APO's. Canadian - refers to us shipping to Canada only. International - refers to us shipping to all other countries besides Canada and the United States.

 

Q: Do you have this exact item, but in another SIZE or COLOR?

A: Please look in our eBay store for all of our available colors and sizes. You can go also directly to: www.performancemoto.com/ebay.htm. If you do not find the item in our store, it means that the item is out of stock at this time or that it is discontinued.

 

Q: If I want an item in RED, can I just purchase it in BLUE and tell you later that I want it in RED?

A: No, sorry. The size and color that is in the title IS the item you will be shipped. For example, please do not bid/purchase a Large size item, and in a note later, mention you want a Medium. Items are pulled and shipped based on the item title. Also, if an item becomes out of stock from being sold here in our physical store, we do reserve the right to refund your payment in full. Please look in our eBay STORE for the exact color and size you need. If you do not find it in our eBay STORE, feel free to EMAIL US.

 

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: For payment, we accept PayPal, Money orders, Personal checks, Cashier checks, Discover Card, Visa, and MasterCard. Cash is only accepted for transactions where the buyer picks up the item from our store. If you do not go through our checkout after your purchase, it will delay your item(s) processing and shipping.
